Loving Greetings to all our Brethren and Sisters,

God willing, another fraternal gathering will be held this year at the Christadelphian campgrounds near Hye, Texas. The following information will be needed for those planning to attend.

DATE/TIME: The gathering will formally begin with the 8:00 AM Business Meeting on Monday, July 23 and end after the 10:00 AM Memorial Service (followed by lunch) on Sunday, July 29. Informally, the gathering begins on Sunday, July 22 around 3:30 PM with unpacking, setting up and supper. Also, the Lampasas ecclesia traditionally hosts a fish-fry or sandwich supper on Saturday night (July 21).

STUDY CLASS: 9:15 AM and 2:00 PM: Opening remarks and discussion of TBA, Monday through Saturday

EXHORTATION: 11:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. 10:00 Sunday Memorial.

DAILY READINGS: One of the daily Bible readings will be read before each study class and prior to the 11:00 AM exhortation.

YOUTH BIBLE CLASSES AND SATURDAY YOUTH PROGRAM: The youth program will be on Saturday at 2:00 PM. More information may be obtained from the Youth Bible Class Director, Bro. Ricky Hurst.

MEALS: Served 3 times daily on the Hye grounds. Payments are voluntary. If you are able to pay, the suggested contributions is $7.50 per day for adults and $5.00 per day for children.

FACILITIES: Showers, rest rooms, and a laundry room are located on the grounds. An air conditioner is provided for each cabin. Washcloths, towels, pillows, and bed linens can be provided, if you are unable to bring these. Please let us know ahead of time if you need linens.

REGISTRATION: We wish for EACH and EVERYONE planning to attend the gathering to complete the REGISTRATION FORM. This information is not only needed for accommodation purposes, but also for general organizing, youth class preparations, chore chart assignments, and meal expectations. Registrations should be submitted electronically using the online form, or may be sent to Sis. Sharon Wolfe.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: If you wish to stay in a hotel, please note that we will not be making the reservations. You will need to call and make your own hotel reservations. Some phone numbers are included on the registration form.

RECORDING BRETHREN: Please publicize this information with your ecclesia. Individual invitations are not sent to each member. This includes all Texas recording brethren.
